Deferral Granted - Next EQCB Dec. 14th

Let's extend our gratitude and appreciation to the individuals that made the long trek down to speak at the EQCB meeting today. Cutler Bay's Marshall Steingold and Cutler Glen's Attorney John Shubin, Mayor Eugene Flinn of Palmetto Bay, Eric Tullberg of Palmetto Bay, Cynthia Guerra of the Tropical Audubon Society and Elsa Alvear, Resource Manager with Biscayne National Park were all in attendance and spoke against the proposed development.

The EQBC granted the deferral as requested by Cutler Properties LC in order for the applicant to meet with the community. The next time this issue goes before the board is Dec.14th
